but you're drawing a distinction that doesn't matter. It's still attraction to a child. That all being said, the attraction isn't necessarily bad either way. A pedophile didn't choose to be attracted to kids, and as long as they don't hurt a kid, there's no issue with the attraction morally speaking

I'm 90% just here for the debate itself, 10% have an issue with people lying to themselves and redefining things on the fly to fit their needs. I agree that if somebody jerks to drawings, nobody is getting hurt, so there's no problem with it, but that doesn't change that they're jerking to a child.

Both of those need a real person to be on the receiving end. You can't kill a thing isn't alive, so it's not murder. You can't hurt a thing that can't feel, so it's not psychopathy. Attraction, however, doesn't need a real person. If a guy jerks off to anime boys, is he not gay (or bi or w/e)?
