Many of us encounter anti-vaccine advocates. One of their most common tactics is the Gish Gallop - a flood of half-truths, anecdotes, and irrelevant claims designed to overwhelm rather than debate honestly. Sadly, can be highly effective on people not well versed in vaccine science.

RFK Jr. is trying to rebrand his anti-vax extremism as “vaccine safety.” His years of fearmongering have led to falling vaccination rates, deadly measles outbreaks, and COVID misinformation. Giving him control over HHS is a public health disaster in the making.

Our 14th amendment is as clear as day:

“All persons *born* or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside..”

To try to stop citizenships granted by the constitution via exec order would be tyranny

FYI the only reason we were successful in building the Panama Canal is thanks to doctors and researchers that established infectious disease protocols, removed standing water, and prevented mosquito borne illness.

Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Today we remember his effort and ultimate sacrifice to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. I believe DEI is valuable and needed. It recognizes our past, our present, and our future.

It’s sad a force takes power today that seeks to dismantle this progress.
