also the comedy of things and people conveniently being there when needed. Ranma suddenly having an outfit on out of nowhere, the family popping up to neg them and theyre like at school. that totally wouldnt work for a lot of things but it...idk it works for this and I love it. It feels so free.

Also Takahashi's ability to draw physical comedy is so good. I think it takes a lot of skill for it to translate to non moving comic form and she's just really good at it.
