in my experience you have to force yourself to go, if you want to do parties at all
you can appoint your handler when you're there - just glue yourself to someone at the beginning of you being there when your energy's highest
and parties become easier the more you do them and harder when your don't

every time I reinstall that app they remind me real quick why I previously uninstalled it
