Baseline is now available in VSCode. This is a really neat feature with no extensions needed.

Added a comment and updated the demos to use a querystring `?noprerender=true` to disable the prerendering.

Current status:
Table showing prerendering and `cross-origin-opener-policy` do not support View Transitions.
