I deduce that Spider-man isn't actually aman at all. His hours of operation don't include 7 to approximately 4 meaning he's likely a student. A person of Spider-man's character wouldn't be able to hold a job nor would he it prevent him from doing something heroic. His moral code wouldn't allow it.
