I've been mixing a bit of kombucha and cranberry juice (the expensive 100%, not from concentrate one lol) into my big glasses and I've found that helps. Someone said I needed other things to help me retain the water or something? Above my pay grade, but it has worked. I slam like 4-5 of these daily.
