A place I return to (when taking my blood pressure.) This was a flight to Kalaupapa Moloka’i, Hawaii. The colors of sapphire blue, emerald green, white capped waves, along breathtaking sandy beaches, easily makes this one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been.

Not feeling well this week. Today, I spent time outside in the sun. Behind the glasses the eyes look like hell. The sun helped. Tomorrow, I plan to spend some time in the 57F pool.
