Why are we posting pictures of us from 2016?

It's that time of year for the end of year summaries. I had to take a break from running at the end of last year and beginning of this year so not nearly as many miles as last year. I also started lifting weights on a regular basis which cut into run days.

Ran the Reedy River Run 10k this morning. Not my best run but overall ok.

Man that was a super chill run. Maybe there is something to this whole fueling thing. Could also have been my green recovery as well.
