Photoshop is the golden standard! Thanks for the conversation however, you can see I’m more pedantic than you, maybe i could have omitted “oil on canvas” but it was part of the irony, it’s clearly Photoshop that’s not the point of the image

Well Photoshop have neural filters integrated they do the same things, and don’t forget about “oil paint” filter, it’s one of the oldest tool
