before bed, oh hey, im 40. thats pretty cool. this is the first time i’ve really ever wanted to be younger than I am but I think its less wanting to be younger and more “missing life before covid” which feels similar. but life is pretty great overall

I really enjoyed Check & Mate, a YA romance between a chess prodigy and the number one player in the world. It's really funny and the characters feel real (assuming you discount the protagonist being absurdly talented).
