I don’t spend a lot of money on shoes, as evidenced by the fact that recently I have been alternating between 10+ year old shoes and shoes my 10-year-old niece outgrew. (Yes, you read that right.) I bought myself these to make up for it.

By the time I got to college, these instances happened more and more, and as I inched toward becoming an adult, I met more people I knew online intentionally. Most of them were lovely people who I would have trusted with my life. I still believed I was ugly. Here’s what I looked like.

I’m not good at cooking, but here’s the soup I made today that I’m really proud of. Recipe: Boil chicken. Take out chicken. Put other stuff in. Shred chicken. Cook stuff. Add chicken. Add noodles.
