I think a change for everyone might be beneficial for Mike and the Steelers.

I think there is an argument for Mike Tomlin still being a good even great coach but how a change is still necessary. Sometimes you stay too long in one place and you get stale. His play calling, his strategy seems from a past era. He goes for it the least of anyone on 4th down for example.
