Oh, good catch! I definitely meant:

Velocity *= 1 - DragCoefficient * DeltaTime

That said, I may not be interpreting your graph correctly, but I think you're using the value ".95" where you should be using ".05"?

Off the cuff I'd guess:

Velocity *= 1 - DragCoefficient + DeltaTime

Where, in your example, DragCoefficient would be 0.05 (rather than 0.95).
