Sku æ te å si, såååh, men ihvertfall, da (gjerne bak hver j#%*+ setning). Å si «neeei» før man svarer positivt på noe føler jeg er litt trøndersk, men kanskje det er en uvane overalt. - Ka ska vi ha te middag? - Neeeei,… kame spaghetti?

It’s important to add that the 1100 were only the ones arrested. 11.000 teachers refused Quisling’s orders, and lost their jobs. Out of around 14.000 teachers in Norway at the time only 1200 bent a knee to the nazis.

Nydelige brystduker❤️ I used to wear my grandmother’s Hardanger bunad when I was a kid. It was from the 1920s and had exquisite embroidery. I wish I could buy one now but they are ridiculously expensive 🥲

Crash Course is an awesome resource, and not just for American students. As a high school teacher in Norway I use CC for both my English and my World History classes :)

Her costume resembles the modern takes on the Norwegian bunad folk dress (festdrakt). 🇳🇴 I love it! The hair seems more Eastern European.

From what I've seen while living in Spain the Brits party like russ whenever they go on holiday. (But tbh it's getting a bit much here as well. Not the brightest of ideas to be continually shit faced for the last month BEFORE the exams...)
