It’s just a much bigger job in general. It needs the analysis of the workforce, which can be spotty in the best use cases.
But now the problem, is we have management/leaders that think they can just say “what’s the best way to train this” and it’ll spit out “visual learners” crap.

It’s like, AI can help with these things…when utilized properly. Guardrails, fine tuning, multi-agents and prompt engineering are *requirements* not suggestions.

Based on everything I’m reading and looking at, it’s like applying atomic design to documentation.
In a learning context, it could help to create micro learnings against each “task topic.”
That way you have the a way to teach folks, structured against documentation, that’s relevant to user tasks

No! But what an interesting concept. I’m currently looking at tying O*NET, and the CaSS system together with documentation and I’ve been scratching my head in formats. I think you may have solved a problem for me :D
