O Caledonia is wonderful. I first read it when I was 15 and fully absorbed it into my personality in probably quite a weird way. I must fit in a reread soon.

The Other Valley by Scott Alexander Howard. It's a coming of age novel and a kind of time travel thought experiment, where different timelines and places build layers on top of each other in ways I hadn't seen before.

Please tell me we can buy this somewhere, it's amazing.
