Don't forget to test how much oil you will need to fry your turkey. 1st - put the turkey in the pot. 2nd - fill with water until the turkey is submerged. 3rd - remove turkey. 4th Make note of the remaining water line. 5th empty water from pot. 6th - fill pot, with oil, to the water line
