Exactly! A dog loose in the forest is disturbing loads of animals there, and some of them will try to defend themselves. It's a risk the dog owner is taking. The chances of the dog being hit by a car are much much higher. The wolves are not the problem. Allowing to hunt wolves now is plain wrong.
