If you have breasts, go get your mammo done when you can. Cancer is showing up at younger ages and if you have extensive family history (like I do) it is especially important.

Probably the least painful "should at least be uncomfortable" procedure I've ever had (but my perspective is skewed since I've done gallbladder, knee, thyroid, uterine scraping, and hysterectomy without pain meds because of ✨️allergies✨️
