As I was saying, the last political right a citizen has in an oligarchy is the way in which he chooses to spend his money buying the products of big corporations. Elections can be bought or messed with by oligarchs but they still need your money. That’s your leverage, use it without restraint.

Maybe you can also encourage the resistance to stop attacking their own for having questions or different ideas. I thought this was an inclusive community, but most of them only seem interested in forcing their ideology on anyone who thinks differently.

Same. You should run for office, and convince your fellow neighbors and family members to NOT vote for another term of these pathetic politicians.

Looks like it’s back to you. Why don’t you go find those Republican Congress people that initially voted no and flip them back? If I remember correctly, MTG stated she didn’t read it. Can you flip her?

We did, they don’t care. As long as they continue clinging to money and power, we are screwed. FYI - you are one of them.

Thank you. I’m genuinely concerned about the mental state of the resistance. On more than one occasion, I have been attacked, belittled and demeaned for sharing information or asking questions. Many in the resistance seem to be just as vicious as the current authoritarian regime. Mother help us all!

You know what always concerns me? It’s the small things…that gradually whittle away at what we find acceptable. $1k for kids born while he’s in office? I know they want us bare foot and pregnant in the kitchen…but every day I feel closer to the Handmaid’s tale.
