In 2016 I had the worst hip/groin pain & was diagnosed
with sacroiliitis. In 2020 I finally convinced my Dr to test for ankylosing spondylitis & he admitted that's what I have. This goes undiagnosed in women bc it was believed to be a man's disease.IDK your sex but this could be something to check
