We all may be tired, broke, depressed & everything else. But we still make an effort. I may not have a dollar to spend but I’ll run errands with my friends or go help them clean or meet up in the park with food I already had at home so we can be together.

Effort is the cost of friendship.

I would go further and say that everyone deserves basic necessities to live whether they have a job or not.
