Some wips of recent work. I usually do a pencil final under drawing and take many snapshots of the progress. These are sometimes very uniform and sometimes they are quite chaotic.

I decided to try a flash on picture instead with the new artwork. I felt the shadows in the old one did not bring out the ink, which is a gold ink. This artwork is multi directional. No particular way is incorrect.

Just because I usually don't talk about my levity artworks, I'll show this one. This is part of the sacred space donut series. I do these for my children's enjoyment. It's fun and using pastels like this is great practice.

As I said it takes me forever to post new work because of how long it takes. So its a constant rehash of my old works till I finish another.. one..

Simple as it may be, there is a foundation to the more complex works that I have. One gentle figure eight that creates the eternal building blocks to my craft.
