Something that can be played with less ED space is sending Heiress for TCBOO/Gozen/Rivalry esque trap but for monster mechanics. Note doesn't really play well into Droll, but with Mulcharmies, this could also be a Thrust target, but at that point could play DBarrier

Sometimes I take a step back and look at all my decks in MD and just smile at the fact this game is just so good at having diverse decks and gameplans. Interactions between players and cards is what makes this game peak

Recently played a game where I made the sickest turnabout combo through full DLink board + 3 HTs. While it felt good winning the game with this and skill, I miss being able to just run it down with big Illusion Chimera :(
