power management might be the biggest win honestly. i went back to running a shield tonight and could barely keep up, something was always low on power (im a bit rusty, been running shieldless for a few days now). i definitely take less damage with a shield but im better at basically everything else

i didn't actually realize there were two until i was about 2/5 of the way through the fight with the first. got the first down two hearts and was about 80% through the third when i noticed i had about 18% hull left and a handful of caustic missiles headed my way. decided it was time to bail.

incidentally i did have to run away from a fight with a basilisk earlier tonight while flying it, but the basilisk arrived after I'd killed 2 cyclops and was halfway through my third. sorta snuck up on me. by the time i killed cyclops 3 and started in on the basilisk there were two of them.

this isn't a dutch angle, the side decks of the carrier are angled down, if you look at the tower in the background you'll see that we're level with it and the carrier's main deck. just needed to point that out.

i have a habit of utterly destroying mouse buttons, and steelseries kinda became my brand because their mice hold up to my abuse better than anyone else's, but i'm kinda always looking for a new challenger cuz i still destroy the steelseries mice within 1-2 years lol
