Over 3 weeks later! Can’t wait to play with my friends and family!

We’re doing a Christmas decoration competition at my job and my section is doing a a Very Wicked Christmas, so I just finished making virgin coquito. Pink & Green for the theme ☺️

My great grandmother loved making pasteles de arroz, she raised my mother and as a child my mom would help her make them. On Thursday my mother and I were able to make a bunch. I’m eating now and reflecting on how much joy it brought me, and just having my mother with me to do this. 🤞🏾💙
