“Unity” in EUCO conclusions vs UNGA resolution on protecting civilians. For me it is very clear that EU member states are not necessarily on the same page.
This is why we need core common denominators like international law. No selective application of int. law. As an over-arching principle.

We spent two days in Villa Vigoni – a magnificent place for an intellectual gathering, discussing the European Political Community. I was honoured to deliver a kick-off speech on the political purposes of the #EPC and its institutional set-up together with Hugues Moret.
