I was at a recent event and spoke to a lady who works for this charity. Workers in construction are now nearly 4x more likely to die by suicide than in any other sector. If you know anyone in the industry who is struggling, pass on these details. It might just make a difference.

I’ve seen a few complaints on Twitter about how Bluesky is a smooth brained leftie theme park and I’m just here grateful that it doesn’t drive me partially insane every time I open the app.
People who say you need to allow divisive bigots in your social spaces to find out what they are thinking, clearly live in a world where every passing idiot thought of the divisive bigot community isn’t already amplified at deafening volume all the time through the best-funded channels on earth.
