The best part of letting your lawn go a bit wild is what you find. I've found self-heal and dark columbine. Not to mention the blackberries and summer grapes

Pretty sure my zinnias are going to blossom soon. They're seeds from what I grew last year and didn't think they were viable. This is so cool

Found some lemon sorrel on my lawn today. Well, I assume it was, I ate some anyways and was shocked at the citrus flavor it had. I always assumed people were exaggerating.

Being a parent is weird. On one hand you laugh at the dumb things your kids do with your parents. Because, you used to do the same. On the other hand you catch yourself doing stuff your dad did that made you go, "What is that dumbass doing?".

I'm no Opossumologist, but this girl looks like she has a growing pouch. #funfact she has 13 nipples in a bullseye pattern and can have birth to up to 20 little marsupials.
