Or as in my first option if you need to survive that also helps to cut off any blocks that stop you but that’s unhealthy way XD

I’m in the same boat with you.
I’ll drop you a weird tip: if you find what you like/love to do, there won’t be any escapism, you’d genuinely want to do it.
Also open YouTube channel of Doctor K “HealthyGamerGG”. He’s psychiatrist. He’s really great at explaining on what are the options, etc.

In one box I have my shattered life.
In another box I have reality.
I’m learning how to live more freely in the reality.
So damn annoying when it’s constantly switch back because of this or that trigger popups 🫠

I’ve just remembered the scientific method XD
Duh yes this one. It requires a lot to know to make a decision but that’s a good healthy way to discover something.
If only everyone in the world could use it.
We would have more educated generations and less shit on the internet as result.

There are moments when I think I have an idea of what’s happening, but by thorough conversation I see that I luck knowledge, that my dots are not connected and that specific person helps me to find a way to search in another direction for information.

In my position there is nothing wrong at all if you admit you don’t know something. In my daily life I meet some fantasticly self-educated people. Instead of pulling out my ego to prove my right (when I-have no damn idea), I spend my time with them discovering/learning new things.
