Btw, I have a theory that NIL has really helped Notre Dame b/c now that it's legal to pay players, they can do what other programs were always doing. I think ND did follow the rules more than other programs and now that there are no rules, they are on a more even playing field....

Shouldn't the key metric be bus speed (any data yet)? Whether rich drivers can get into manhattan faster is not the point, right? I wish the policy had been crafted more to create immediate & obvious wins for MTA users (free/discounted bus fare on hopefully faster buses thanks to the tolls).
