I find is statistically impossible that there are so few gay people in football. You cannot achieve that without actively discriminating and blocking their way with a glass ceiling and hostile environment. We don't see this in any other ares of life. It's just the sports.

With all the problems that hey have in America they still build, in my view, aesthetically pleasing single houses with plenty of space, having people's needs in mind.

with bedrooms that can hardly fit a medium size bad. And then people with more money would pay crazy amount of money for an individual house that in fact ends up having same design flaws as apartments and small bedrooms too.
Americans get so much more and for less, especially in rural areas.

1/ i live in Spain and in my view the real estate here is catastrophic and inhumane. But what bothers me most is that it is not even part of the conversation here - that's how numb and unaware people are. They would take a 30 year mortgage and pay for the rest of their lives for a tiny apartment....

i get that America might be too decentralized and too reliant on cars but Europe could also learn a thing or two from them. European cities are too dense, especially in western Europe, and the housing is really small, expensive and dubious quality. People don't get much for the money they spend.
