ルビオのミュンヘン安全保障会議演説、話題になっていたので遅ればせながら読んでみたけど、トンデモだった･･･。1945年以降の脱植民地化は間違いで、「罪や恥の意識に囚われることなく」、アメリカとヨーロッパが手を携えて「人類史上最も偉大な文明を再建」したいらしい。こういう「歩み寄り」をされたヨーロッパ側が、どう反応するかは見ものですね。
