I got whooping cough in my 50s and cracked 2 ribs from the horrendous cough that lasted 12 weeks and kept me sleeping in a chair for a month or more. It took me a long time to regain health between the ribs, the choking cough and the lack of sleep. I can’t imagine a baby or child going through that.

When Mylan (w/ Manchin’s daughter as CEO) criminally price gouged Epi-pens in 2006, I went to pick up the extra supply each of my 3 kids had to keep at their school for the year, and the cost was over $3000. So much discussion of long it would last after expiration, but terrifying decisions to make.
