It's Martinko Kinkaš (or Kinkaš Martinko) in a Slovak fairytale.
"Martinko" = Slovak hypocorism for "Martin".
I have found an English source with "Kinkach", but it does not say the tale is specifically Polish, only generally "Slavic".
