They are my best class full of juniors and seniors and I could tell they were disappointed.☹️

AND the arts teacher network is tight, so good luck finding someone who actually gives a damn about the kids and with 20+ years experience to replace me.

The disrespect is on another level but what they fail to grasp is I am not the one and I have ZERO plans to stay at this school.

I know ed leaders have a lot going on but common fckin professional courtesy should be the bare minimum.

Then when I see her as soon as class is over she acts surprised as if SHE WASNT THE ONE TO SCHEDULE THE OBSERVATION!
