Apparently if you stop for three seconds at every piece, you can do it all in 72 hours. Not eating or sleeping though 🤯

Again, I'd no idea. I'd take that. Before the roads went through it, the kerb protected lane on Sydenham Rd was excellent. Even with the garages/ road I was happy enough to let a 4 year old cycle down it.

I'd no idea. Surely different originally and not on the hard shoulder? A separate protected lane would have so much potential to open up quick, sustainable, transport by bike/ebike. Train is fine, but of limited frequency and expensive.

So what I'm hearing is the hard shoulder will get some white paint and become a bike lane for sustainable transport? Walked a short way along the Sydenham Bypass yesterday, frightening enough with a child walking with me nevermind on the "bike lane".

Looks great. Let's hope it's not painted over grey after a few months the way they did the last one. Was funny seeing the bamboo stencils emerging from the flaking paint though.

Baffetto is/was great. I was there before the photo/ multiple language menus, but it remained good in spite of these normal signs to go elsewhere.

Al Braciere around the corner is another excellent option (check recent reviews). Mess touristy. maps.app.goo.gl/6DVQdFHT8MpC...

20 minutes times how many cast members at what hourly rate? I'm assuming it's another cost saving thing. 😞

Except for the tacos, they are tiny. Smaller than they used to be. But yes, burritos are huge again, struggling to close them, children unable to finish them huge.

Hi, not being from/ in Canada, I was wondering if this was a dig at MEC or of it was REI? The only MECs I've been in were not out of town (Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto) so in my head it didn't fit the cartoon.

Now do the one about the EU wanting accept them or not.

Thanks for posting this @brendanjharkin.bsky.social, never heard it before. Really enjoyed.

Je pense que je dois apprendre un meilleur français et vivre là-bas!

Great idea, but costs and quality are way different in other countries.

Genuinely lost count of the number of times I've been in the parks and walked past/ stopped to take a photo here. Never once thought to take one from this angle 😍

Lol, sounds awesome. I never played much beyond Golden Eye so Medal of Honor etc passed me by.

I hated DK mode. Recently retrieved this and the N64 from the loft, the children are loving it. In spite of the graphics.

Hi, there was one, in the central reservation but it has long been removed. There is still one where you cross Nelson Street to join the M3 bridge away from town, and one at York Street, don't know if they actually work though.

The pricing is poor also. It should not be cheaper to take my car and park than to use public transport, but it is. At least for short times in town, or free parking at weekends in single yellows.

Nope, can't stand buses. Service is useless from where I am. So unreliable. I'm lucky that I can cycle to town (gently, in normal clothes) on a quiet route within 25 minutes. And have a car for other journey. I do hear that bus drivers can be somewhat annoying.

😂 I'd have been the phone number is a Belfast code, it's Belfast. Same applies to Dundonald etc. The iLink zone is a new one to me.

It looks more church like when you see the full site. The original burnt down in the 80s only the bell tower survived.

Also, are we claiming Holywood as Belfast now? 😂

In fairness they did try another couple of things that didn't seem to be sustainable before Nero went in. In other local business news, Native coffee has opened on Queen's Quay and is delicious selling food from Bakari.

Also @lordlinuspoint.bsky.social , the Sinclair Building (you'd have been in front of it taking the photo of the old bank of Ireland) is also lovely. Nice pictures, Belfast is nice when you look up past the generic high street facades.
