Oh and the way it flows! It tickles a part of my brain when I read it aloud. And I’ll tell you what, perhaps don’t read it at night (unless you like the feeling of being spooked!).

It is a haunting tale with so many different parts to analyze. I love the use of certain maritime beliefs (that an albatross is good luck) and runs with it to show how luck can be turned on its head. 2/3
