I did a thing. I got out there and joined a running club. I was feeling nervous & excited. Everyone reassured me and made me feel part of something bigger than myself. This is your cue to find a place in your community where you fit. If you can’t find it, create it. The people will come

I took and edible and became paranoid that the US is on the brink of collapse. I’m sober now & not paranoid anymore. Thoughts are unchanged.

It’s these little moments that I feel the deepest connection. Watching her discover, explore, and grow is a privilege that fills my heart in ways I never imagined.

As a mom who observes countless hours of their littles in play, children learn critical thinking and emotion regulation skills when engaged in unstructured play. Let the kids play. It’s good for their brains.
