There are other factors - big food, big pharma, genetics, unhealthy choices and other factors that greatly shape healthcare costs. Not just insurance. If UHC gave all $6B of their profits to their 52M customers, that's just $115 per customer. An assination does not improve these problems.

More accurate image. It's interesting to note that Hitler was Time Man of the Year in 1938, as well as Stalin, Kurshchev and Ayatollah Khomeini. So, maybe the Time cover is fitting with those peers?
