Rite-Aid has just been a train wreck. Bartels was doing just fine before being acquired by them. Seems like other store models are working quite profitably, and Rite-Aid was just over financialized and mismanaged.

I’m still lost on what heavy inflation actually means for the stonks. Sure, terrible for actual productivity, but compared to hard cash - if the stonk survives it seems like it’s a much better asset relative to cash or a fixed rate below loss of value.
