I'm as big a fan of ruthlessly mocking the stupidity of pro-parking rhetoric as anyone, but I do find it frustrating that for 6 of 7 days of the week Ballard Ave is surrendered to cars. Words, action, etc. Personally would like activism that directly inconveniences drivers on that specific street

What is the most encouraging research to this end? I think about the CO2 in the ocean, and how it's as much a problem as CO2 in the air, and I'm an ignorant dope but is there any distinction there? Would it be easier too remove CO2 on water than in the air?
