⤷ I will never feel like anyone likes me more than what I internally measure my likeability to be.

⤷ I can escape and train myself to be the most interesting person in the room, as many people are trying to sell me on.
⤷ But I will never be content or gain true respect from people I value by cowering my true self behind a well calculated but unnatural algorithm of responses.

⤷ I, like many others, have been hard at improving myself in order to receive external validation.
⤷ And that is a path that can certainly give me validation, but I have never seen anyone gain satisfaction or respect from it.
