In Igbo language we greet good morning by saying: Ùtùtu Òma

Ùtùtu = Morning
Òma = Good

Our Elders normal kick start the new day by communicating with our ancestors, through unique prayers.

Igbo Calabar
Eke: First day of the week. often associated with the goddess of fertility.
Orie: The second market day, significant for trading/social interaction.
Afor: Afor is the third market day, reserved for the sale of root crops
Nkwo: The fourth market day, it is a day of rest/reflection.

The dance is called "Atilogwu", it's a spectacular dance of traditional dance steps, mixed with lots a acrobatics.
The Igbo ethnic group are found in the Eastern part of Nigeria, with five states - Imo, Enugu, Anambra, Ebonyi, and Abia.

This dance style is unique and always pleasing to behold.

We call these Ofe (Soup), in Igbo land, we eat soup everyday.
We mold round balls of starchy meal to complete the delicacy.

You just feed your eyes with our lovely dishes.

In our various communities in Igbo land, people have them like this in their compounds, it's more a like a tradition to have one or two.

During festive seasons like Christmas, all they need do is bring one our for celebration, and "jolification"
