When I lived in Dallas, unless you had a dish you were known for, people loved when you showed up with something store bought. Now I live in VA and store bought seems to translate to you don’t care/can’t cook; people gush over homemade.

While you have fog, this morning we have mountain “islands.” Sun is on its way!

Certainly helping me feel better about it! Hoping they have some sort of update on the news tonight. Haven’t heard a peep out of SNP (other than their phone line is down). But yes - keep on raining! Thanks for checking in!

Yes! Saw her report clearing up that there were two fires - thank you! SNP hasn’t been great about info, but happily it’s raining up here now so maybe it’s moot.

Thanks. I’ve seen conflicting reports where one news outlet is reporting “Calf Mountain” fire as fully contained, but there is a Bear Den Mtn fire also, and trying to figure out if they’re the same. I missed part of the story on CBS 19 where they had VDF talking about Bear Den.
