There's a significant ex American Japanese population who escaped to Mexico to escape American fascism.
So I guess the US was also a fascist country when FDR was putting Japanese Americans in internment camps, right?

I'm so happy about Superman.

When I saw the trailer, I was worried. I saw how he yelled at her, how she shifted in her seat in discomfort. It made me uncomfortable. I thought a small town boy from Kansas brought up by the salt of...

The silent killer of the movie was testing groups and reshoots. This movie has a violent tone shift from modern, tense suspense to wacky action and a happy ending so sweet I have diabetes. There was a...

Trump signed an EO to pause all federal spending. Now, he's signed another EO to restrict transitions for those under 19.
The timing is not coincidence. Everyone is too worried about money and vulnerable families to care about adults losing the right to medical care.

Are there any ttrpgs that use size categories and dungeon building made for grids? I was thinking a normal creature could be one square while a large could be nine squares.

🎮 I'm a sad pokemon fan. I was gifted Pokemon Legends Arceus. I haven't played the series since gen 5. What happened here? Why is it so bad? Why would they make an exploration game with nothing to explore? Why did this make it to the public when the camera controls for Basculin are like that?

They're giving into market demands. Orcs have become more. What hogwash. There's plenty of evil creatures in DnD. Orcs, like all player races, will remain as evil options to fight against. Ttrpgs allow for so much control that articles like these are hogwash. Just play your game how you want.

📽️ Joker 2 was not bad? The music didn't add anything but I did love Lee as Arthur's homosexuality denial fantasy. It was fun to see the Joker's "chaos as a plan" play out from his perspective. He mentions a bomb and one of his fans make it happen. It was weird watching this after Mangioli's arrest.

📽️ Beetlejuice Beetlejuice wasn't as bad as I was dreading it to be. Reboots and multi decade later sequels can be cash grabs. This was a little more than a cash grab. It had some good new jokes. The old jokes were mostly well placed. I was obsessed with the og and the new Danny Elfman intro rocked.

I just spent 10 days doing a Marvel movie marathon and I'm pretty sure my brain is bleeding. Going by timeline order was fun. Black Widow & Nick Fury have the most impact this way. I'm not certain Scarlett Witch holds up without Wandavision. That's a shame. 📽️
