There are 273 Bunkers in Kurram district, South of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa bordering Khost, Nangarhar and Paktia, built by warring tribes with sectarian affiliations to Sunni and Shia banned outfits. Today, the bunkers have begun being razed to the ground.

The PTI lead convoy headed for Islamabad has been intercepted near Khatti Pahari, Hasan Abdal, tear gas shells and fire can be seen in the distance. A layer of containers has impeded the marchers to move ahead. Ongoing battles between police and protestors.

Hundreds have gathered outside a police station in Peshawar’s Khazana area, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, demanding the police to hand over a blasphemy accused that has been arrested. A heavy contingent of police has been called in,there have been reports of firing and injuries as well.
