Disasters & emergencies take an immense toll not only on people’s physical health, but on their mental health & wellbeing too. Addressing global mental health and psychosocial needs is a vital part of the IFRC’s network work supporting healthy communities.

There is no health without mental health.

This year marks the highest number of humanitarian workers killed on record.

🚫 This is unacceptable.
🚫 It violates international humanitarian law.
🚫 Even the protected Red Cross and Red Crescent emblems are being ignored.
