The PIE employee have a special gift for going above to make sure passengers have a great experience. 🙂When a passenger’s husband was experiencing PTSD, Rosemarie and other staff worked diligently to ensure he felt cared for and helped the couple rebook their travel. Rosemarie is a STAR employee! ⭐️

When Sunny the beagle saw a little girl at PIE airport who needed cheering up, this PIE PUPS certified therapy dog and his human Neil knew exactly how to bring a smile to her face. She got to play, her parents were beaming with gratitude, and Sunny got some nice, warm snuggles. #IFlyPIE
